A working implementation or documented test exists.
Active technical work; not production-ready.
A scoped implementation is being evaluated.
A technical or economic method to guide validation; not a performance result.
Prior working development; current availability must be confirmed.
An externally visible product exists; this does not validate every performance statement.
A verified filed or granted record; do not infer product performance from patent status.
Distinctions we hold
Do not confuse the left with the right.
“Validated” is used only where the record identifies the tested system, baseline, conditions, metric and approving evidence.
